Hagåtña, GUAM — The Guam Ethics Commission has announced the release of its second edition of the summary of opinions publication at its regular meeting on Friday, April 26th. This report provides the community with an overview of the Commission's decisions, advisory opinions, and informal advisory opinions over the past year. It also includes data on the number of employees who have completed their required ethics training through the ethics in government program.
